A Blue Roan Horse wil tend really fuzz up in the winter the above is just shedding out of my 2year old blue roan stallion Blues Blue Boy.
He is out of my stallion Blue Canal Fisher and my mare Dry Fork Fritzi.
I believe Blue Boy would make a nice herd stallion, then grow your own roan horses
Blue was born earlier than I expected, got under the fence and went out in the pasture with the five neighbor's horses. He followed them a long way toward their barn of course. The neighbor called and boy I never knew I could still run. Blue had a leading lesson right there. Fritzi was real glad to see him back in the right place.
